Adirondack Life December 2020 Issue

We continue to serve as many Veterans as possible in a variety of free services. In 2020 we held 9 retreats for PTSD at our Sgt Carlton A Clark Memorial Veterans Camp in Onchiota NY.
One of the lessons we learned during this pandemic is that our retreats large or small save lives. Because of COVID and the need for social distancing we held smaller “sanctuaries” at the camp instead of the larger retreats. These weekends were intended for Veterans who were struggling with depression, PTSD and the isolation caused by the pandemic. We are proud that over 95% of the dollars you give goes directly to the Veterans programs. Our overhead is less than 3%. Please remember the soldiers in our world and we pledge to continue serving them through our programs.
